Do you offer returns?
If it turns out that a product isn't for you we will happily refund your purchase or exchange it for a different product for you to try. It doesn’t matter if you have your receipt, or if the product has been used (in fact we hope you’ve tried it!) All we ask in return is your reasons on why you’re returning it - your feedback is extremely valuable to us as we continue to create amazing, natural products.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we are only shipping to Canada.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Other regional payment options may also be available at checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order after I've made it?
Absolutely, as long as you are within the two day pick-up time frame you are able to cancel or modify your order.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Questions about Shipping?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order. All orders made with the option to pick up at store is available for pick up, or can be delivered within 40km of Parry Sound Area no charge.
Anywhere in Canada is $7.50 Standard Shipping, $15 Expedited Shipping.
